Meet Wonder Why

I am Anja and I have more than 20 years of experience as a creative leader. I am a Creative thinker and a "thought" leader with great leadership experience and as an external speaker. For the last 5 years I have been leading the UX and Product Design team in Universal Robots, Teradyne working with both digital, software and hardware product development. I have build the team from scratch. One of my greatest achievements here is the relaunch of the cobot design with the UR20 design that also marks Universal Robots new product line UR-Series, and building a holistic user experience across digital touchpoints (web 21 languages and customer portal), Software (PolyScope X) and Physical products (UR-Series UR20). I have implemented a design approach in Universal Robots, increased the customer satisfaction, NPS score and Brand value. 

Previously I have lead and build the UX and Design team at Hesehus Ecommerce Company besides being Strategic Customer Insights Manager, and before that Key Account Director at Clockwork Advertising Company. Prior to that I have been with Scanad Evolution Company, Adecco Recruiting and Cultivator Creative Learning. 

I am originally educated from SDU specializing in Organisation and Leadership (HD-O), but my creative mindset has lead me to also study at Kolding Design School, with Nielsen Norman Group (NNG), CFL among others.  

I have done inspirational lectures/presentations at conferences all over Denmark, Amsterdam, Berlin, New York, Austin Texas, Lisboa etc. (Check out my linkedin for more details).
